Snow and Ice is required to removed from sidewalks within 12 hours after snow/ice ceases to fall or to form, unless it stops after 6:00PM then it must be removed by 10:00am the following morning.
Parking on Borough Streets is prohibited during Snow and/or Ice Storm and until Snow or Ice has been removed from the Roadway.
Parking on cul-de-sac streets within the Borough is prohibited.
Discharging of Guns and other Weapons is prohibited within the Borough Limits.
Grass and weeds shall not exceed a height of 8 inches.
Permit is required for Transient Retail Business.
Distribution of Advertisement materials prohibited.
Owners or person in control of Dogs and Other Animals which deficate on property of others, must remove feces from surface immediatly.
Keeping of Animal that disturbs the peace by frequent or continuing noise is prohibited.
Burning of Natural vegetation is permitted by residents between sunrise and sunset. All fires must be extinguished by sunset.
